Joint responsibility

Data that you provide independently of a contract with or without a profile at Testo Industrial Services for the one-time participation in a sweepstakes will only be processed by us for the proper execution of the sweepstakes (determination, notification and shipment of the prize). Unless we are obliged or entitled to process the data for other legal reasons, the data will be deleted after the competition has been completed.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a) and b) DSGVO through your consent to our conditions of participation and the associated consent to the required use of data. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the time of the revocation.
